Where is the next Western New York hot spot?  This can be debated back and forth. Williamsville, Clarence, and Orchard Park are always in demand.  Elmwood Village and North Buffalo have been on the rise for some time.  East Aurora has seen a resurgence in recent years with its main street charm and artsy community.  In my opinion, the hot spot for buying and selling of Real Estate, is Elma NY.
